About Heather

Heather Roach has been Terence Tait’s assistant since moving to Whitehorse in the summer of 2018 – scoring a home and a job all in the same week. She has worked in real estate on and off since 2008; first in conveyancing while earning a degree in Sociology from the University of Calgary, then as a conveyancer and office manager in Victoria, and now as a newly licensed assistant here in the Whitehorse. Her time spent as a non-presiding Justice of the Peace in the Alberta Provincial Court makes her well suited to review contracts, observe deadlines, and navigate governmental and legal procedures involved in buying or selling property. Her #1 goal is to get clients where they need to be with little to no stress! When not immersed in the local real estate market, she keeps busy dancing for the Yukon Rendevous Can Can line, hiking, and exploring all that the Yukon has to offer.
