Hi, I’m Cara MacAdam – REALTOR® in Whitehorse, Yukon

Originally from Nova Scotia, I later spent 25 incredible years in Dawson City before moving to Whitehorse with my family three years ago. The Yukon has been home to me for most of my life, and I’m proud to help others find their place here too.

I’ve been a licensed REALTOR® for the past three years, and I bring a diverse background in the federal government, Yukon government, and private sector. That experience gives me a well-rounded perspective and helps me guide my clients with clarity and confidence — whether they’re buying their first home or planning their next move.

I especially love working with first-time homebuyers and growing families. Having relocated myself, I understand the excitement and stress that can come with big life transitions, and I’m here to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.
